All
aspects of litigation and dispute resolution are dealt with
under the personal supervision of our litigation partner Robert
Addlestone.
Under the provisions of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998, it is
important that legal advice is obtained at an early stage before
the time for court proceedings. Much of the work that was done
during the course of legal proceedings should now be done before
the court action starts. We can ensure this is done properly
and professionally.
In many cases your disputes can be resolved without the necessity
of starting a court action. We can advise as to whether one
of the alternative dispute resolution methods is appropriate.
If court proceedings are necessary we are always mindful of
the commercial realities of the matter and of the need to ensure
that costs and time put into the action are proportionate to
the benefit to you or your company.
We deal in all types of Civil actions with a particular emphasis
in commercial and contract disputes.
